Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Huusk knife. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing it. After 15 minutes, your order may have already entered processing and can no longer be cancelled — in that case, please follow our standard return process once your item arrives.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Final Sale Items Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund. All sales on final sale items are considered final at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return Email us at service@drgskl.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@drgskl.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no return required.
