Every DRGSKL blade is built to last. We stand behind materials and workmanship for the life of the product when used and cared for as intended.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the ATS-34 blade, tang, or structural assembly
- Handle materials or brass pins that fail under normal kitchen use
- Premature edge failure caused by material or heat-treat issues (not ordinary dulling from use)
What is not covered
- Normal wear, dulling, or patina from use
- Damage from dishwashers, hard surfaces (bone, frozen food, glass, ceramic), misuse, or alteration
- Loss, theft, or cosmetic marks that do not affect performance
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
How to make a claim
Email drgsklknives@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We typically respond within 1 business day and will repair, replace, or guide care as appropriate.
Care keeps the warranty honest
Hand wash only. Dry immediately. Store dry. Do not dishwasher. Sharpen at a consistent angle when the edge needs it. Follow the care notes on your product page.

Is this a free replacement forever?
We cover manufacturing defects for the life of the knife. Ordinary dulling, chips from misuse, or dishwasher damage are not manufacturing defects — we can still advise on care or sharpening.
Do I need a receipt?
Order number or proof of purchase helps us process faster. Contact us even if you only have partial details.
How does this relate to the 30-day return?
Returns within 30 days cover change-of-mind and fit under our refund policy. Warranty covers defects beyond that window when the knife is used as intended.
